Preserved roses do not require water or sunlight, but they should be kept in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
At My Little Rosebud, the way we ship your Forever Roses depends on the size of the arrangement and where you are having your flowers delivered. If your flowers are being hand-delivered by our concierge service as mentioned above, then your arrangement will be delivered the same day or the next day they are ordered - depending on the cut-off for your location.
If a delivery is delayed, we are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience, especially on special occasions. There can be unforeseen delays with our courier FedEx, over which we unfortunately do not have control, and for which we cannot be held accountable. In such cases, please check the tracking link for the latest updates and contact us for any urgent questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, our arrangements of Forever Roses are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. In the event that you see any damages to your arrangement or home products from My Little Rosebud, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service team is available for you by emailing orders@mylittlerosebud.com
